Yes, after few (or more) years I have finally gone to the gym again. It is a new gym, so it is not quite up and running yet, but it is getting there. So far I have two good and one bad impression. Last week I tried to go there, but somehow the whole thing was so weird that I decided not to go.
Yesterday I decided to try again. So I went. I was lucky and they had a group exercise starting just when I got there. So I took part in it. Before I did 7 minutes of warm up (not long enough time I know, but that was all I had time for) and noticed that my hart rate was quite high quite fast. The machine actually warned me once that my hart rate is too high. I wasn't even going very fast...
So that is one thing that I need to pay attention to when I go there. Hopefully I will get in better shape, so I don't have to worry about that. Yes I do no why it is so high. I also know what I need to do to fix it. Monday I will have someone there to tell me how I should start it and what kind of a plan I should use in the gym.

ReplyDeleteOn mulla sykemittari, mut en oo ottanu sitä viel mukaan tonne. Vähän niinku unohin juomapullonki tähän koneen viereen :P
