I promised not to rant about my work so much here.... But here we go again!
How am I supposed to give answer to our customers, when there is no-one whom I can ask them about. I try to find out as much as I can by Google/ing stuff. But there is information that not even Google will know. Some of the information that I seek is hidden inside my bosses mind. I have no access to there! He has no interest :(
So how am I supposed to be a good support person to our clients, when I have none. Tomorrow I will update my CV that is a promise! Tomorrow I will do something about this... I promise! If I don't you can come and kick my ass. That is a promise also!
Really, Why do I even bother!
